Our Fee Schedule

Initial Design Fee $350.00
Decorator will provide two hours of consultation and planning with the client
(excluding travel time).

Design Fees $125.00
Decorator will provide consultation and designs for the client on an as needed basis. Should product be provided by the decorator, the design fee will be waved (ie. wallpaper, furniture, carpeting, etc provided through the decorator’s resources).

Design Fees and Subcontractors Varied
The subcontractor will assume all liability and will deal with the client directly. Should consultation be required by the decorator, regular design fees will be applied.

Fabrication, Installation and Design Fees Varied
The decorator will secure fabricators, craftsmen and installers for product supplied by her company with no additional design fees applied. The cost of these services will be determined in each estimate provided to the client. When her supervisory skills are required for other installations the regular design fee will apply.

Estimates and Proposals 50% Deposit
The decorator will provide an estimate of costs for every
job required to complete the design project. Client and
decorator will sign prior to beginning the job.
